Synopsis
Chibi-Earl and Chibi-Fairy. Every special focuses on another character, who will in their turn recite a poem by Shakespeare, that they feel describes their lives the best.
Audience Consensus
The Hakushaku to Yousei Specials are not well-received due to their heavy reliance on Old English poetry, which makes them difficult to understand and lacking in plot. Viewers find the specials to be more of a confusing poetry recital than an engaging narrative. The only redeeming quality is the beautiful classical music.
Strengths
- Beautiful and traditional classical music
Weaknesses
- No substantial plot
- Poetry recital
- Confusing Old English terms
- Difficult to decipher meaning
