While visually appealing, "Bai She: Fusheng" suffers from pacing issues, particularly in the first half, due to excessive exposition. The narrative is more coherent than previous entries, and the second half improves significantly. Overall, it's a mixed bag of visual strengths and writing missteps, but represents an improvement over its immediate predecessor.
Strengths
- Solid story compared to previous installments.
