Audience Consensus

Audience reception is mixed, with some finding the series enjoyable due to character development and adventure, while others criticize the predictable story, weak characters, and poor animation quality. Many feel the second season fails to live up to the potential set by the first, with plot holes and a lack of satisfying resolutions. There's a general sense of disappointment in the writing and execution, though some appreciate the music and certain character designs.

Strengths

  • Addition of new characters and expansion of previous ones adds depth.
  • Enjoyable and easily watchable adventure with a nice atmosphere.
  • Good opening and ending songs that draw you into the world.

Weaknesses

  • Characters are weak and not fleshed out, making it hard to care for them.

  • Unimaginative fights lacking animational potency.
  • The main character is insufferably stupid and naive on occasion
