Audience Consensus
The audience generally enjoys the second installment of Kuromi-chan, appreciating its cute animation and the energy of the English dub. However, some find the plot contrived and the overall experience too short and lacking in depth. There's a sentiment that a longer TV series format would have been more beneficial to the narrative.
Strengths
- Cute animation style reminiscent of early 2000s anime.
- Energetic English dub enhances the experience.
- Continuing charm and personality of the core crew.
Weaknesses
- Story feels somewhat contrived with the introduction of a villain.
- Lacks depth due to its short format (OVA vs. TV series).
- Doesn't offer much to chew on; needed more content.
